Identify your source of energy: for some this may be the people around them, like friends, and others find peace in solitude.
Identify how you bring energy into your life. Others derive their energy from reading, meditation, nature, gratitude, and others find meaning in helping others, sleeping, or self-care -- find what makes you reconnect with your soul.
Keep learning-- reading, writing, failure, etc. Rediscover who you were meant to be, not who you are.
Think about your daily routine-- change your routine make sure you are helping your body, mind, your needs, and soul.
