宮城で数ヶ月過ごした後、

私はあることを学びました。

After several months in Miyagi,
I learned one thing..

宮城は、料理を通して独自の個性を。。

表現しようと最善を尽くしています。

Miyagi tries the best to show the distinct identity...

Through the food..

最近、献血で記念品をもらいました。
日々に面白くなっていきました。

Recently, I got souvenirs from blood donation.

And It got more interesting day by day.

まず、生サブレです。
ずんだサブレとチョコレートサブレの2枚セットです。

First, it is Nama Sable.

It is a set of two pieces of Zunda sable and chocolate sable. 

ずんだがあらゆるデザートに使われているのは、

宮城の魅力の一つです。
でも、ずんだがどこにでもあるというのは、

まさに宮城にいる証拠と言えるでしょう。

How the zunda can be in the every dessert is a charm of Miyagi,

But zunda is everywhere is what you can say that you are in Miyagi.

味は美味しくて、気に入りました。
コーヒーと一緒に食べると最高でしたし、ペーストは濃厚でした。

Taste was OK, actually, I liked it.

Eating with coffee was great, and the paste was thick.

宮城にこんなお土産があるなんて、私にとっては驚きです。

It is amazing for me that Miyagi has such kind of this souvenir.

次はずんだ饅頭です。
パッケージがとにかく印象的です。
中には4個入っていて、ちょっと変わっていますね。

Next, it is zunda manju.

Only packaging is so impressive. 

There are four pieces in side, quite weird, actually.

パッケージはシンプルながらもモダンな印象で、

見た目も美味しそうでした。

I felt simplicity but modern in the package,

And I thought it looks delicious.

美味しかったのですが、

あんこのようなずんだ味がもっと強ければもっと良かったと思います。

It was delicious actually,

But it would be better with more zunda flavor, just like red bean paste.

献血に行くたびに、宮城のこういうところを実感します。
他の場所での献血とは対照的です。
もしあの時宮城で留学したら、

私の考え方は変わっていたかもしれません。

Every time I went for blood donation, this is what I feel Miyagi.
In contrast of blood donation at the elsewhere.
If that time I studied in Miyagi, my mind would have changed.
