Hello from Spain. I asked in the spanish post service ablout import taxes. They do not know about import tax because it depends of international customs office. Taxes can be zero or until the same value of the product purchased.
They said me that you are the responsible to inform me about it because they have not this kind of info. They adviced me that to avoid expensive import taxes in sales between particulars (aka Ebay), the seller needs to mark value "zero" in the parcel; or send it as a gift, like if somebody sends something to his son or to a relative. In other cases, the taxes can be expensive and in case that the buyer do not pay that taxes, the seller will be obligated to psy it when the parcel is returned to recover the parcel.
