Yes I'm still alive and actively kicking in my bed every morning. And no, I was in Singapore all these while. So it's time for some recap!
Nothing much happened (which was one of the reason for mia-ing) except that I attended a concert at The Max Pavillion which was crap
. We were quite close to the stage, I almost fell asleep despite the loud blastings from the speakers
. Thanks to Mamu who didn't want to waste the two free tics. But I've reminded her again and again, time is money, money is time. Because she didn't want to waste her two free tics, we ended up spending on dinner at Expo
, transport fare to Expo, waiting time (time is money!), transport back to JE, Mamu's supper at JE (a Ramly burger) and the most yuan wang one was cab fare back home (it was already 12.30am). In the end she just said "Early know don't want go" (in Chinese). See?
What else.. I also helped Mamu bake some CNY goodies like almond cookies, peanut cookies, pineapple tarts and kueh bolu. Oh yes not to forget wrapping 250++ ngor hiongs. Until my shoulders ache like anything!! Speaking about these, HAPPY CNY TO ALL MY LOVE ONES!!
And then... CNY itself! Had early reunion dinner with B's family at Jln Kayu, then the every-year-same-food-same-place-machiam-de javu reunion dinner
at Lao Lao's place on CNY eve. On CNY I was shocked I didn't get any scoldings or naggings from Lao Lao or Gong Ah despite my all black-and-white outfit, teehee! Normally even black nails also cannot. Well, I guess they already close one eye. 
After Lao Lao's place was a string of unfortunate events
. Realised our car was intentionally vandalised by some bastard then Lao Ba called the police and lodged a report. We were stranded at the carpark for almost an hr! With 3 police officers and alot of k-po passersby. So paiseh can! As if we were drug traffickers kena vehicle check. Then while leaving the carpark like finally, Bro miss cue, hit curb
and there goes Lao Ba's rims. Finally left the carpark and an accident took place right behind us. A 
and a van rammed into each other but luckily no deaths, not sure whether got injured parties or not. Walao like mega hit combo. What a great start to the Niu Year!
While at my maternal grandmother's house at Jln Rajah (somewhere near Balestier), AT LAST! I felt so peaceful. Maybe it's also due to the amount of alcohol
I took la, hehe. But I always love going to her place although I always end up watching tv or crapping with my Bro / Dad. I don't know why, but I just felt so relaxed whenever I'm at her house

CNY Day 2 was spent at my Godparents' place at J.West and later my uncle's place at Woodlands. Played Daidee and the few rounds of game confirmed my luck for Year 2009 and cleared my doubts. I'll have a SUAY year ahead. Basket~!!
