Tattoo

According to sports paper, Mike Schultz has a tattoo on his left upper arm.
There is a flaming man who is juggling fireballs.

He underwent surgery in 2001, and hadn't pitched for two years.
He tattooed the flaming man in 2002, it was the way he got over his shoulder injury.
Every time he looks at the tattoo, he raises his fighting spirit.

Mike Schultz looks at the tattoo here in Japan, then remembers that he had overcome his shoulder injury.

Starter Colby Lewis(2-2) worked seven strong innings Tuesday, but took the loss.
Colby allowed three earned runs on eight hits in 7 1/3 innings, and struck out seven and walked one.
The Hanshin Tigers defeated the Carp 5-0 at Koshien Stadium.

Katsuhiro Nagakawa #20
There are two translators in the Carp dugout.
Joe Furukawa translates for Manager Marty Brown.
He played for the Carp from 1992 to 1995.

Mr. Nishimura, another translator, sometimes appears with foreign players at the Hero Interview, which is post-game fare in Japanese pro baseball.
Some carp fans call him Mini-Nagakawa 'cause he resembles right-hander Katsuhiro Nagakawa.
