I got a lot of bitter melon... so, I made this for the first time.
The only thing I've made with bitter melon before is gōyā chanpurū...
I cut the bitter melon into rounds and removed the seeds and pith. After that, I mixed seasoned pork mince and finely chopped onion, then stuffed the bitter melon rounds and fried them.
... Then, add sauce and/or ketchup, and it's done! All right!
Ponzu seems like it would go well too, though.
It was so delicious!
I like food made with minced meat... so, maybe I'll make this part of my regular summer menu. Hehehe.
