So, I looked it up, and there are various ways to make deep-fried food without deep frying.

This time, I made it in a frying pan, using a lot of
oil.

It turned out really well, yeah!

① Marinate some chicken leg meat in grated garlic, ginger, and soy sauce (leave it for about an hour)

② Cover the chicken with potato startch, then fry it well on both sides in a frying pan with a good amount of olive oil

... and it's done!

It's really easy to tidy up afterwards, too! Yeah!"
