I've put canned tuna in this before, but this time, I used chikuwa (tube-shaped fish-paste cake).

Cut up lots of green peppers lengthways... ah, the seeds are nutritious, so you don't need to take them out.
Cut the chikuwa up, put everything into a silicone steamer, and just heat it up in the microwave!
Use a good amount of chicken soup stock for flavour, and it's done!
