毎年通りに年越しプロレスのハシゴをしました！先ずは後楽園ホール大会、その後は新木場１ｓｔリングの翔太AID！
クリスマスのイギリス旅行終わったばかりだから、物凄く時差ボケをしていたけど、今年も楽しい時間を過ごしました！
As usual, I went to two shows to see in the new year! I started at Korakuen Hall, then I went to see Shota Aid at Shin Kiba 1st Ring!
I had just returned from my Christmas trip to England, so I was half insane from jet lag, but I still had a really good time!

年越しのカウントダウンはいつも新木場１ｓｔリングの興行で過ごすから、トーナメント1回戦の試合しか観れなかった。このトーナメントの参戦選手の皆さんが大好きですから、残念でしたが、観れた試合は凄かった！
I always go to Shin Kiba 1st Ring for the new year countdown, so I could only watch the first round matches in this tournament. It's a pity, because I really like all the wrestlers in this show, but I really loved the matches I saw!

関本選手とHARASHIMA選手はいつもこのトーナメントをよくできるから、この試合結果でびっくりしました！しかし、宇藤選手が大好きだから、宇藤選手の勝ちで嬉しかった！こういう逆転優勝に得意ですね。
（実はね、宇藤選手と樋口選手はこのトーナメントに優勝しました！観れなくて残念でした。。。）
I was really surprised by the outcome of this match, because Sekimoto and HARASHIMA usually do really well in this tournament. However, I was really happy that Uto won! Uto's really good at pulling off this kind of surprise victory.
(Actually, Uto and Higuchi went on to win this tournament! It's a pity I couldn't have watched that live.)

This was Shota's final show before his knee surgery! He had the surgery last week, and he'll be out for most of this year.
試合開始の前に、引退したマスクマンの勇者アモン選手のためのテンカウントゴング。
The show started with a tribute to the masked wrestler, Yusha Amon, who had recently retired.

邦彦選手は、自分の入場曲を歌うのが好きです。
This was my first chance to see Mitame Ga Kunihiko in a really long time! Maybe a few years? Anyway, I was really happy that he was looking well. He hasn't changed much since I last saw him!
He likes to sing his own entrance song on his way to the ring.

この試合が大好き！怨霊様は私の一番大好きな人だから、もちろん、私はいつも怨霊様の試合を楽しみにしている。今回の対戦相手は政宗選手だった！政宗選手は凄く能力が高い選手ですけど、結構過小評価されている選手です。
I LOVED this match! Onryo is basically my favourite person in the world, so naturally, I look forward to all of his matches. However, this time, he was taking on Masamune, who is one of those guys who is incredibly talented, but doesn't get talked about much.
怨霊様のエクトプラズムでちょっとコメディーの部分があったけど、その後は結構シリアスな試合試合でした。凄いサブミッションホルドが沢山あって、良いテクニカル系のプロレスも見せた。とても良い試合でした！
Although there was some initial comedy due to Onryo's ectoplasm, this turned out to be a very good, quite serious match. Lots of great submission holds and some nice technical wrestling.

After the match, Ken Ohka made a very touching speech about how we should all support Shota during his recovery, and to continue supporting him when he makes his comeback. Ohka's really great at giving speeches!

仮面ライダーは変身しながら攻撃をすると同じぐらいです。つまり、とても失礼な行動です。結構ずるいですね。
La Malcriada attacked Buffalo during his entrance.
This is basically the same as attacking a Kamen Rider during his transformation sequence, i.e. it's very rude and kind of unfair.
もちろん、バッファロー選手はこういう行動を許せなかったね。
Of course, Buffalo wasn't too pleased about that, and he spent most of the match hurting La Malcriada as much as possible.

凄いメインイベントでした！
今年の10月、大仁田選手は（また）引退するつもりです。そして、これは多分翔太選手と大仁田選手の最後の試合でした。大仁田選手は怪我でよく休んだけど、いつものテーブルの上のパイルドライバーをしました。
Great main event! Onita is retiring (again) in October this year, so this was probably Shota's last chance to have a match with him. Onita wasn't super active during this match, due to his injury*, although he did his usual table spot.
