抹茶のティラミス

The green tea came to my mind for my Japanese friend's birthday cake.
日本人のお友達のバースデーケーキに「グリーンティー」がイメージに湧いた（笑）





We made lady finger cookies.　レディーフィンガークッキーも作る＾＾。




There's no Mascarpone in the country side, so we make our own "Mascarpone like cheese". LOL
マスカルポーネチーズなんて田舎にはないので「勝手にマスカルポーネ」作る（笑）。

Japanese women often talk about how incredibly sweet American sweets are.
いつも日本人の女性たちと話題になるのが、アメリカンスィーツの甘過ぎさ。

Not to mention the food coloring being so colorful, Japanese women usually cannot finish the sweets given.
フードカラーも凄いけれど、甘すぎて、食べきれない。

I normally do not eat sweets but if I want to eat I make my own.
わたしもスィーツは基本食べないけれど、食べるのであれば自分で作る。

I think it would be a hit to make not too sweet - sweets for Japanese women in Hawaii. LOL
Not too sweetなスィーツやさんをハワイで日本の女子とやったら受けるのではないかといつも思う（爆）。
