パスタ工場
Yuka saw this pasta "Trofie" in an Italian magazine at our home and made a request to make it.
うちにあったイタリアンマガジンを見て、ゆかさんリクエストのパスタ「トロフィエ」リグリアのパスタだそうです。
Recipe requires chestnut flour. Since we don't have it ;) we used coconut flour instead.
栗の粉を入れるらしいのですが、ないので（笑）ココナッツ粉で作ってみる。
Took a while to get used to this form.
意外と形にするのに一苦労。。。
Finally finished!!
何とか出来た！！
It's usually served with green beans (similar shapes) with basilico. Today without green beans.
形が似ているグリーンビーンズ（いんげん豆）を同じようにカットして、バジリコでいただく一皿。本日はパスタのみ。
