私はいつもジョアンナという女性のところで浣腸してもらってる。彼女はその分野ではもう四代目になるのです。

彼女のひいばあさんは当時とても簡単な設備を使って、現代とほぼ同じようなことをやってた。

重要なのは、昔の人も浣腸の大切さを知ってることです。

断食が終わるまでまた何回か彼女のところで浣腸したいと考えてる・・・

I go to this lady, JoAnna who is 4th generation in the business

of colonics..

Her great grandmother who of course used very primitive equipment back then compared to the high pressure

machines of today.

But still they knew back then the importance of keeping your colon clean...

I plan on doing many since I am on the countdown of my fast........
