キャシー・アントニが自分の娘を殺害した疑いで起訴され、裁判で無罪判決が出た・・・

専門家を含み８割の人が、彼女は有罪だと信じ、薬殺刑が実行されると予想した。
検察側は、キャリー・アントンニは母親であるキャシー・アントニに殺害されると証明できず、警察の取調べでいくつかウソをついたことしか証明できなかった。
彼女は過去３年間ずっと刑務所の中で過ごした。ウソをついたことに対してはもう十分な刑を服したといえる。恐おそらく彼女は今月中に刑務所から出られるでしょう。
１２人の陪審員もキャシー・アントンニは無実ではないと信じてるので、無罪という結果に憤慨したという。しかし、彼らがいうように、彼女が有罪だと決める決定的な証拠がない・・・
アメリカの法律では、疑いなく有罪だと証明されるまでは無罪である・・・
彼女の両親も判決に驚いたようだった。彼女の兄は最終評決に出席すらしなかった。
アメリカ人はみんな判決に激怒した。彼らは今回の事件で、自分たちの司法制度がかわいいキャリーちゃんを裏切ったと考えてる。
私は、アメリカの司法制度はとても素晴らしいと思い、そして法律は私たちの権利を守ってくれると信じてる。しかも今回の事件でみんながいうように、司法制度で失敗したのではなく、証拠収集で失敗したような気がする。
陪審員たちは信じられないほど道徳的な人だった。
なぜなら、自分たちは彼女が有罪だと思うから、証拠が足りない状態で彼女を死刑しすることはできない！
そして、彼女の家族たちは、彼女のウソで傷つけられたこころがはやく癒されるように祈ります。
まぁ・・・結果がとうであれ、キャリーをとりもどすことはもうできない。
小さな命があまりにもはやいうちに命を絶った。家族がバラバラになったので、今回の裁判で勝った人が誰もいません！というのが私の意見です。
キャシーは刑務所に入ることを逃れたけど、これからもたくさんの困難が彼女を待ってる。なぜなら、今回の事件で彼女は何百万人の注目のまとになったので、これから彼女はどこにいっても厳しく扱われることには違いない。
でもやはり私は人々に彼女や彼女の家族に優しくして欲しい・・・
なぜなら、私たちは人を判断する権利がないから、
彼女はすでに裁判でいろいろ大変なことにあったし・・・しかも裁判で無罪が認められた。
私は彼女がこれから、素晴らしい人生が送れるように祝福します。しかし、かわいい娘キャリーのことを忘れないで欲しい・・・

最近、夜あまり寝てないです
Casey Anthony was Not Guilty on the murder charge of her daughter Caylee Anthony....
80% of the people watching professionals included thought she would get the death penalty and be
killed by lethal injection.....
The state could not prove the case as to how the little girl died..They could only prove that she lied on several accounts
to police. _she has been in prison for the last 3 years and will get out within in the month...serving time served...for the lying..
The 12 jury members were sick to there stomachs with the verdict but said there was no evidence to how, why, and with what
the little girl died.....
Although they think she is not innocent...
In America you are innocent until without a doubt proven guilty....
Her parents were even shocked by the verdict, her brother did not attend the final verdict...
Americas are outraged by this and think our justice system failed the little girl, Caylee....
I think our justice system is amazing and our rights are protected by our laws...I do not feel the justice system failed
they did the best they could to state their cases but failed with the evidence...The jury were incredible moral individuals..
Just because you THINK she did you can not put her to death.....without prove....
I feel for her family in this with all the lies she told them and about them I pray for all of their healing...
It will never bring Caylee back no matter what the outcome is...
In my opinion NOBODY WINS.... a little girl has died way to early...
A family has been torn apart....
Casey although not in prison will have a very difficult life ahead.....millions of people watched this and no matter where
she goes she will be treated harshly the rest of her life....
I hope people will be kind to her and to her family.....
It is not up to us to judge...
She has had her day in court...and is a free woman..
I wish her the best and I hope and pray she goes on to make a better life for herself.......but never forgets her beautiful little
girl, Caylee......
