日本の交通違反の罰則についてどう思いますか？
飲酒運転と運転中の携帯電話の使用の罰則について話しましょ。あなたはそれらの罰則は十分厳しいと思いますか？
携帯電話の使用（保持または通話）の場合は、罰金7000円と2ポイントがひかれる。
これはもうちょっと厳しくしてもいいと思うわ。
飲酒運転の罰則は携帯電話の使用よりもっと厳しいです。
血液中のアルコール濃度によって最高100万円の罰金はかせられることがある。
さらに、免停されるかもしれない。
このくらい罰則は公平だと思います。
しかし！！！同乗者の人にも半分の責任がある。
これについて私はとても理解できません！
誰もが他人の行動に対して責任を負うことは出来たいと思う。
常にちゃんと自分で責任をもって行動しなければならない。
例えば、あなたが自分の車やバイクを友人に貸したとする。
その友人があなたの車やバイクで飲酒運転で捕まったとき、
車を友人に貸したあなたにも責任がある、と法律上ではそうなってるみたい。
これは不公平と思わない？？！
だって、他人の行動をコントロールするなんてできっこないじゃないの？
あなたも知ってるように、アメリカの法律は州ごとに違うです。

カリフォルニア州では、初犯の場合は20ドルの罰金がかせられる。二回目からは50ドルの違反カードが渡される。
18歳以下の人はハンドフリーシステムでの携帯電話使用も禁じられる。
どうでしょう？私はもっと厳しくしたほうがいいと思いますが。。。
しかし、他の州では運転中に携帯電話が使用できるところもある。
18歳以上になれば、運転中の携帯電話の使用が認められるところもある。
（アメリカでは16歳から運転免許の取得が可能です。）

カリフォルニア州では、四ヶ月間に運転免許の停止がかせられる。しかしワイオミング州では、七日間ですむ。
やはりこれもちょっと軽すぎるような気がする。もっと厳しくすべきだと思います。

What do you think of the penalties for driving in Japan??
Lets say for driving and talking on your cell. Do you think it is severe enough???
If you are just holding or talking on your cell about 7000 yen and 2 points.
I think this could be more severe.
If you are drinking alcohol it is more severe.
It is about 1000000 yen depending on the alcohol level in your blood.
AND your drivers license gets taken away....maybe....
I think this is a fair penalty..
BUT the people in the car also have responsibility...
They have to pay half of the fine...each.......
This is hard for me to understand...
Nobody is responsible for another`s actions..
Everybody must take their own responsibility...
Also if you loan someone your motor bike or car and they are
drinking you are also responsible.
This is unfair to me...
You can never control someones actions....
In America as you probably may know every state has its own laws..
Mobil phones
California has a US$20 fine for a first offense and a US$50 ticket for subsequent offenders.
And people under the age of 18 can not use phones even with hand free systems.
Not severe enough......
But in more than half the states it is okay to talk and drive....
And some states over 18 years only can talk..
In America we ge our license at 16 years old.
For Drinking
In California your driver license gets taken away for 4 months but for the same crime in Wyoming only 7 days.....
I think this could be more severe...
