こんなに怒ったのはマジで久しぶりだわ！！
この二年間で、私の自転車が４回もとられたんだ。。。しかも、同じ自転車！！
最初にとられたのは買ってから二ヶ月くらい経ったときだった。あれからずっととられて、また見つかる、そしてまたとられる、このような連続だった。
家のゲートの中にある私設車道でもとられた。。。もちろん鍵かかった状態で。。。しかも夜中で。。。。
そして、毎回毎回交番に行って、書類を記入しなくてはならない。。。。自転車が見つかるまでは待つしかない。。。そして見つかったらまたとりに行かなければならない。。
これで何日間の間は私のところまで戻ってくるが、その後またとられるんだ。
最近とられたのはちょうど私がロケに行ったときだった。息子が電話で知らせてくれた。
わたいはすぐに警察に連絡したが、かえって来たらまず警察署に来て書類の記入をしてくださいと言われた。
ロケ地に一週間も滞在しないといけないので、自転車を心配するわたしは、友人と息子に、わたしのかわりに警察署に行って、書類に記入するようにと頼んだ。友人と息子は警察署にいったが、しかしわたしが戻ってくるまで、警察の人は何もできないと言われた！！！
わたしが帰ってきたすぐに警察署に行って、とてもとても！大事な！書類に記入した！
自転車が他に区で見つかるまではそんにかからなかったわ。
そして、私が自転車をとりに行ったが、「自転車を取り戻すにはお金がかかる」！！！と言われた！！！
私は警察署で記入した種類の番号を彼らに教えたが、「あなたの自転車は盗難車として認められていな」と言われた。まるで、私がうそついたようだ！それで、わたしは弁護士に電話した。盗難登録をした警察署にも連絡したが、区の役所はそれを決める権力があると言われた。わたしは自転車保管所の人に事情を説明しようとしたが、しかし彼らはわたしの話をきこうともしなかった。わたしは被害者なのに、まるで犯罪者のように扱われてた！！マジでこれってどういうことなの？？？
もちろん3000円を払えば、事件は解決になるが、でもね、これはお金の問題じゃなくて、正義と真実の問題だよ！
わたしはお金の支払いを拒んだ。そして、警察に電話して、次なにをすればいいかをたずねた。警察の人からは保管所の人にもう一回事情を説明すると言われた。
保管所の人に無礼な態度で扱われたので、今度は日本人の友人をよんで一緒に保管所に事情を説明しに行くことにした。しかし、今回もやはり無礼な態度で扱われた。しかも最後にはもう黙れと保管所の人に言われた。
わたしは自分の事情を彼らに理解されるように丁寧に説明したにも関わらず、また無礼な態度で扱われたことに、友人は凄く怒ってた。彼はその場ですぐに区役所に連絡すると決めた。
わたしは長い時間をかけて、電話で役所に人に事情を説明したが。。。。
かれらの答えは、「このことに関して、わたしたちは何もできない」だった！！！！しかしわたしは諦めなかった！
私は被害者だよ！！しかもそれは私の自転車だよ！もうどんな無礼な態度で扱われても絶対自分の自転車を取り戻すと決めた！！！！
しばらく時間がたつと、区役所から自転車を取りに来てくださいとの連絡が入った。でも、払わずに自転車を取り戻せるのは今回で最後ですと言われた。しかも「あなたは芸能人だから、しかも何回も自転車盗まれたから、自分で気をつけなさい」と言われた。
もうこのバカヤロー！！！勘弁してくれよ！！！！わたしの自転車は鍵がかかった状態でゲートの中の私設車道で盗まれたんだよ！
役所の人は保管所の人と違って、話し方や態度はとても丁寧だった。でもなんかおかしくない？？？？結局警察の人はなんの権利もないじゃん？すべて役所の人が決まってるじゃん！！！もん勘弁しろ！！！！
いつもこの話になると、頭に血が上るのよ。私は真実を信じてます。すべてが公平であるようにしんじてます。
自分の信念を貫いて本当によかったわ。。。
自分の信念を絶対捨てないで！！！。。。絶対、最後まで戦ってください！！！

It has been a long time since I have been this angry!!
In the last 2 years my bike has been stolen 4 times.. Yes, the same bike...
It was stolen when I first bought it for about 2 months then found and stolen and found and so on....
It was stolen in my gated driveway and it was always locked.....and in the middle of the night...
Every time I would go to the police fill out a report ...wait.....then they would find it...I would go and get it...
It would be back for a couple of days then get stolen again.....
The last time it got stolen I was away on location....my son called to say my bike was gone....
I immediately called the police to let then know and they said when you return come in and fill out a report....
Since I was on location for more than a week I was a bit concerned and asked my friend and my son to go to the police station to fill out the report for me....They went and were told there was nothing they could do until I returned...
As soon as I returned I went to the police station and filled out the necessary papers...
Well it was not long until I got the postcard that they had found my bike.... In another ward (ku)....
I went to pick up the bike and was told that I would have to pay for my bike to get it back....
I told them the police number of the paper I had filled out ..... I was told that my bike was not considered stolen because of the gap of time of my report...... I was called a liar........I called
the police who told me that they know it was stolen but the ward office has the right to make
that decision.....I explained to the bike center about being away when the bike was stolen and they refused to listen .......I was treated like a criminal.....When I was the victim....
WHAT KIND OF SYSTEM IS THIS????
Yes, I could of paid the 3000 yen ....IT IS NOT THE MONEY that is the factor.......
It is about principal and what is right......THE TRUTH......
I refused to pay and called the police about what to do next..... I was told to explain my
situation once again...
Since I was treated so rudely by the place that had my bike I decided to
take a Japanese friend to try to talk with them.... and again I was treated rudely and told to
SHUT UP....
I was speaking very polite trying to make them understand my situation.....
My Japanese friend got so angry by the way I was treated he immediately called the ward office......
I spoke with them a couple of times by phone explaining the details of my stolen bike...
At first they told me there was nothing they could do but I refused to give up..
I am the victim and it is my bike and after how badly I was treated I was determined more
than ever to get my bike back.....
Time passed and I received a phone call by the ward office telling me to pick up my bike but it was the last time I would be able to get
it back without paying........I was told because I am an entertainer and my bike was already
stolen numerous times I have to be
more careful......WHAT THE --CK!!!!! GIVE ME A BREAK!!!! It is locked in my gated driveway.....????????????????????????
The man at the ward office was very polite unlike the people at the bike center.....but still THE LAW IS A LITTLE SCREWED UP!!!
The police do not have the final word the ward office does....COME ON!!!!!!!
My blood goes up talking about this..... I am a firm believer in the TRUTH and being treated FAIRLY.....
I am glad I did not give up for what I believe.....
If you believe in something do not give in....FIGHT FOR WHAT IS RIGHT!!!!!!!
