By the way, those are the flowers we got from my aunt's flower shop!
Some nice spring roses and garberas...
and some paeoniae radixs.

Today, after visiting my aunt's flowershop
and getting some lessons about how to sharpen pencils,
We went to a park on the Tokyo Bay with my father and niece. It was such a warm nice day and walking around the park made us all a bit sleepy...except for...
this little monster, who is currently attaking grandpa.
Kai somehow managed to persuade grandpa to carry him - lazy kiddo!
This morning, after finishing his chore of watering flowers...
"She likes me, she likes me not, she likes me..."
"She likes me!"
So, spring has finally come.
It was warm and nice out, so we headed out to our favourite park.
At this park they let you touch some small animals.
Kai was eager to hold him (or her), but looking a bit scared...
And inside, they have some turtles.
I think this one was trying to bite Kai's nose though.
This weekend is the Hanami weekend, where you got out to a park to enjoy cherry blossoms with some food and drinks. So here we go.
Not much of a view of Sakura from here, but all the good places were taken already.
Kai was more interested in his food than Sakura anyway though.
Kai feeding G some food...no, just giving him a peck!
G is finally coming home - it felt like a month, instead of a week!
"I am not paying any attention to mummy - I am busy."
"No, I don't need to change or shower. I am playing!"
Finally, at the airport. He was happy to see all the big planes.
Posing.
It was actually quite cute when Kai saw G at the gate - he went "daddy daddy" and ran up to him, oblivious to all these people who were pushing their carts, almost getting killed in the process.
And what he has been waiting for all these days...
Presents!
One happy kiddo here (and one happy mum, too).
This is how Kai helps me to make a cake.
"Give me give me give me!"
"Okay, I approve..."
The reason why there is no picture of the cake itself is because it was a total DISASTER!
Kai liked the idea of this cake, but he didn't finish it - that speaks for everything.
After a busy day out shopping yesterday, Kai and I took it quite easy today, hanging out around the neighborhood...
which means...
here.
Kai hasn't been to a sandpit for quite some time, so he got really excited.
No, I have no idea why he is carrying that yellow ball.
Dead serious.
We stayed there for a couple of hours and Kai made a friend with a girl who was a complete bully. I am just hoping he will have a better taste later in his life (yep, yep, I can already hear some of you saying "as if...").
Nanami, Kai's cousin, has finally arrived in Japan yesterday. We all went to pick her up at the airport - oh boy, Kai was so excited to see her!
Here is Kai trying to give her a kiss.
Still trying.
This is them playing with a nice book with lots of stickers Nain and Taid sent him.
Nana is giving him instructions - Kai was surprisingly a good at listening to her orders.
Dinner - Yakiniku.
Ate too much beef - I am sure the baby inside him is growing as well.
Taking advantage of Daddy's absence, Kai eats his breakfast with shades on.
Of course, upon finding him eating like this, I stopped him, honest.
This is Kai saying "hello Daddy!"
This is Kai saying "Kiss to Nain and Taid!"
This one is obviously for daddy!
