This morning, after the bfreakfast he was found on our bed, drawing.

"I am drawing a big fish!"

"This is a ball.''

"Pretty good, huh?''

Kai used to get stickers for going to toilet - I say "used to" since we ran out of the stickers and he seems not to care much about them anymore.

However, those stickers were very special to him.

Yay!

The very last Wales sticker on Kai.

On this horrible chilly rainy Saturday, we headed off to the Children's Castle in Aoyama to release some of the pent up energy of Kai's.

In a music room.

Yep, nobody in this family is very musical.

It's more appropriate to say that Kai is just banging on the xylophone.

He got bored very quickly of this room full of musical instruments.

So we moved to the play room.

In this room, he got completely over-excited.

He was especially happy with the slides (the silver tube behind the bridge in this picture). The place was competely packed with kids in various ages and Kai had a great time.

Nice way to spend a rainy Saturday, I suppose...

A visit to his favourite park with some friends.

He likes holding these creatures (don't ask me why).

"Let's see what happens when I feed my finger to him..."

The Golden Week (a long weekend) is finally over.

And Kai is missing.

Where is he?

"I am here!!!"

On my birthday, Kai decided to make a pizza for lunch.

First, G explains some logics behind the makings of a pizza.

"Oh, it's getting much more fun!"

"I am good at this, amn't I?"

Kneading, kneading...

and throwing...

So much fun!

The end result.

Yes, it was quite yummy, honest.

This Saturday, we visited a local swimming pool.

Can you spot G and Kai?

After the lesson.

Quite a thirsty boy - who was also very cross after being forced out of the pool in the end against his wishes . (and thanks for the shirt, Ryoko and Bini!)

Can you tell he is not happy?

Today was G's birthday.

"Happy Birthday Daddy!"

"Nice view..."

"Hey, no more pictures!"

As if the warm spring day we had yesterday was just a dream, today was very cold and rained all day,

Still, we had to go to a hospital for my appointment - Kai wasn't too impressed.

He liked splashing in puddles though - unfortunately.

Later...

After dinner, Kai was found playing with his digger and truck.

"Where are you going? It's going very fast..."

"A mole on a digger!"

"It's a very tall car!"

On this nice warm spring day, we visited a near-by park.

Yet another typical expression of Kai's. Notice the prominent bottom lip.

Nothing is coming out...

Finally, with Daddy's help.

One happy kiddo.
