sam is back/サムの帰国

こんばんは

今日はイギリスから帰国した、私達の弟分であるサムに会ってきました




15歳の頃から知ってるサムはこんなに大きくなっても私の中では

little sam

です。こ家族も来てくれて、朝から楽しかったです



べびちゃんをかわいがってくれるAちゃんいつもどうもありがとう  miss A akways look after my girl so well. Thanks for ur kindness


時間潰しにブロードウェイショッピングｾﾝﾀ-へ急のお誘いにも関わらすとんできてくれた、 Aちゃんとお茶もできました

夕食は唐揚げ、ポテトサラダ、卵焼き、チンゲン菜のガーリック炒めでした安上がり

Today I went to see my dear oz little brother Sam n his family for brunch he just came back from England, n his family is such a sweet people as well

I know him since 15 so no matter how tall he gets hiw old he gets he is my

little sam

After that I wanted soend my time at shopping center then call up to miss A n she came up for coffee w us

The sweet peopke in my life

How lucky I am im so grateful for what I got around me

Dinner was chix kara age, tamagoyaki, potato salad,  garlic bok choy cheap n yummy

Also its  fathers day today

It was another rainy morning so unfortunately I didn't make to visit my friend's baby's birthday party

After bit of house work, I took tora for walk again

Then another local house- this house has been slowly building since I moved into this area n seem like almost finish. Its anotger rear modern looking house in this area so its really caught my eyes



I like the mixture of natural wooden color n white  /木のぬくもりと白の調和がとっても素敵

Dinner was easy one tonight
Ate bit too much so full



Spaghetti bolognaise. , garden salad, garlic bread/スパゲティ ボロネーゼ、ガーデンサラダ、ガーリックブレッド

今朝もあいにくの雨で、お呼ばれしていた友人の娘さんのおたんじょうびにも行けませんでした

家事を済ませ、取り敢えずトラちゃんのお散歩に

そこで、なんとであっちゃいました

いろいろなところで見つけました

まだまだ咲き始めこれから楽しみです

今日また近所を

私がこのエリアに越して来てから、ずっと建設中でしたが、完成が近い様子またまたこのエリアにしてはモダンな雰囲気なので思わす目をひきます

夕食は簡単に済ませました食べすぎて苦しいぃ

今夜はこの辺で

touch of spring 春を感じる

こんばんは

今朝は結局天気が不安定だったのとママ友の娘さんが体調不良の為予定していた、ローカルのプレイグループにべびちゃんを連れて行けませんでしたまた来週ですね

不安定な天気の中チャンスを見計らって、割と近いお野菜屋さんへ行って来ました



こんな感じの雨雲の中。今にも雨か振りそうでしょ？ /look tjus coulds looks like back to rain right away....

この野菜屋さん、新鮮なのは嬉しいのですか、レバニーズやグリークの人々をメイン客としているので、アジア食材があまり無いのかちょっと残念今日必要だったのはニラ。ぎょうざに入れたかったのですが、無しで作りました。豆腐も置いてないし、味噌やうどんなどスーパーでも当たり前の様置いてあるものもないのです。

でもね、

大根と白菜

はいつでもあるんです

大根なんてちょっと前までチャイナタウンでわざわざ買っていたから、これは嬉しいです。でもあそこの客層的に一体誰か買って何を作るんだろうとか考えちゃいます。

買い物後、まだ雨が降らずにいたので、愛犬のトラちゃんもおさんぽタイム

雲が引いたので少しさんぽを延長私がこの近所で一番素敵だなと思っているお家をパパラッチオシャレで広い上にちょっと坂の上なんです。そして郊外なのにシティが見渡せます
シドニータワーもしっかり見えます写真では分かりずらいかな

夕食は、いつもながらに主人の好物のぎょうざとポテトサラダ。お野菜のあんかけでしたぎょうざは今夜は牛肉でしたがやっぱり私はあいびきの方か好きただなあ。そしてはやっぱりニラが欲しい

ポテトサラダは我ながらに激ウマでした

Coz of unstable weather conditions n my mana friends girl was not well I couldn't take my  baby to local play group oh wekl try next week again

In this unstable weather conditions I quickly found a chance to run veg shop

I really like this veg shop coz they r pretty busy so things r so fresh but their main customers r Lebanese n Greeks so they r but lack of asian ingredients
Example today I realky wanted garlic chives but they didn't stock them.i wanted it for dumpings but I made them without it at the end. No tofu,miso or udon- these things r pretty basic for even super market in sydney now BUT they got daikon n Chinese cabbage all the time. I used to go all way to china town for daikon so im pretty happy w that. I wonder how this area poeple cook daikon

After shop there was still no rain thank god so now lets walk my dear pug Tora

Even clear blue sky show up so we extend a few more blocks, then took pic of onf of my favorite houses in this area its pretty stylish n big then located kinda top of hill other good thing is from the house you can have over view of city u can actually clearly can find even sydney tower mmm maybe not so clear in my pic...

Dinner was another my husband's favorites dumplings n jp potato salad. also stew veg today I filled beef in my dumpings but I usually mix both beef n pork which I preferred, akso yeas asian chives are essential ingredient

今日はお日様か出ていて気分かちょっとでしたが風はやはり冷たく

ママ友さん宅で&をがぶ飲みご馳走になってきました

とっても美味しいにゅうめんをご馳走になりましたやっぱり日本産の麺はコシがありましたべびちゃんも喜んで親子で遠慮無く





学校から J君が帰宅すると、いつもの様べびちゃんと仲良く遊んでくれましたJ君いつもありがとう

夕食はソーセージのシチューにしました我が家では主人が和食好きなので、週5和食週2洋食と言う具合です

Free range chicken sausage w currued veg stew /フリーﾚﾝｼﾞチキンのソーセージをカレー風味のお野菜と煮込んたシチュー

明日は晴れたら、ローカルのプレイグループに参加予定です

Good evening

Today wad kinda sunny so I felt bit
But reality was still pretty cold

I was drinking & in a bucket at mama friends house.

She cooked beautiful nyumen- its somen noodle in warm broth she got the somen from japan- textures was so different its a quality of made in japan my baby girl loved it too

J kun came back from school and look after my baby girl as usual thank you J kun

Dinner was as in picture,  I cooked free range chicken sausage in curried veg stew my husband prefer japanese orver western food so usually cook 5 times/ wk Japanese 2 times/wk western

If its sunny tomorrow , im planning to visit local play group

9月に突入ですね

昨夜は頭痛でブログｱｯﾌﾟを断念しました
ま、健康第一ですからね

9月はカレンダ- 上オーストラリアでは春になります

昨日は快晴で本当に気持ちが良かったです

今日は毎週のごとく、お茶のお稽古日でした



お稽古の日はいちを薄めのメイクにしています/light make up for tea lesson





京茶碗 /kyoto style tea bowl

可愛らしい京茶碗で台子薄茶点前練習しました

面白くもあり、難しくもあり今日も大変お勉強になりました





夕食は豚カツにしました

主人が見つけて来た、オーストラリア産、しかもNSW産のオーガニック こしひかり
を頂きましたが.....

新潟出身の私のせいですっかりお米にうるさくなった主人

"こんなんサギだぁぁぁぁぁだぁぁぁぁぁ
こんなもの二度と食卓に出すなぁぁぁ"

Wow September is here already

I actually had really bad headache then gave up write this blog last night

Oh well but my health cones first

September is technically spring here in Australia

Yesterday was sunny n such a gorgeous day

Tuesday is my tea lesson day as every week

I used kyoto style tea bowl for daisu usutya temae practice,  it wad fun... n it was very challenging temae. I learned a lot again.

Anyway, dinner was tonkatsu

I cooked rice which was found by my husband on last weekend from market-its surprisingly organic koshihikari from NSW, Australia

How interesting but taste was....

Coz of tge wife from niigata-capital of tice farming in japan, my husband is rice freak

So hus reaction was...

"This is ripped off don't ever cook this again "

Mmm what im gonna do the rest
