Every year we give certificates to more and more instructors all over the world. Often people ask me what is important for the instructor?! What is necessary to think,to remember and pay attention to!? Thats why we tried to collect some recommendations which are supposed to be useful while training. Thus, Learn by yourself Knowledge and skills don't turn a person to an instructor. Instructor is a person who gives himself more and more to the training,comes deeper to the topic,able to share it and thus learns by himself. Instructor is not a privilege, it's a choice. You shouldn't ignore the variety of Systema. Practice not only martial parts but also internal ones. In this case you as well as people around will be able to feel and understand Systema as a whole thing. It will make any classes richer. Try to feel your weak part. Generally the progress is blocked by one obstacle and work on it will give the results. Look attentively to yourself. It's every time curious to evaluate yourself,your level of skills. While thinking about it,remember that the worst orientation will be the opinion of the people around you. The best way is not to pay attention to these silly things. Put under the doubts and check the quality of the knowledge and skills you got. Useful knowledge and skills give real results,work for the partner who resists. Look whether your pride grows together with you. If the answer is positive in this case it will steal the depth of the knowledge and will make the progress dangerous for life. Take pleasure from the training. You shouldn't teach,instead of it you should help. The instructor shouldn't teach someone for his initiative. If it seems strange to you, imagine a doctor who tries to cure everyone whom he meets. Getting better in Systema,give the same opportunity to the people around you. Help those who is in need of it. The plan for the training is harmful. The classes should make sense now and here. Look at those who came today to your classes,give to them what they need. Don't underline people's mistakes. Don't correct. If you see that the person can work better, praise him and show what he is doing as good as possible. It's probable that there are those people who will share with joy their knowledge with newcomers. Give them such a chance. Giving something away we get more. Less words. Take the information as some food: quality and the trustable origin is the guarantee of health and success. Systema is developing. Every month there are seminars in Moscow. It's useful for the instructor to be sure that he didn't miss any important thing. The quantity of videos with the Master is enormous. It's good to have your own library of DVDs and it's necessary to watch it from time to time. International seminars is the most important event if the year. It's better to visit them personally.
