川崎アゼリア鹿児島物産展は、6か月に一回開催されているイベントで薫のにんにくも今年で6年目ずっと参加させて頂いています。
92歳になる薫のにんにく愛用者のお客様が、今回も店頭に来て下さいました。
色々、今後の進展等話してると92年生きてきて、今私に言いたい事を即興で書いて下さいました。

いっきに冷え込み、積雪しました。

南国のイメージのある鹿児島ですが、冬場は氷点下を下回る日もあり積雪します。

この寒暖差がにんにくの旨み、栄養価をギュと高めます。
にんにくは植え付けてから収穫まで8か月間ほどかかる農産物です。
今年のにんにく収穫まで後約3か月！

The Kawasaki Azalea Kagoshima Product Fair is an event held once every six months, and this is the sixth year that Kaoru's garlic has participated in this event.
One of our 92-year-old customers, who is a regular user of Kaoru's garlic, came to our store this time as well.
When we were talking about various topics such as future developments, he wrote what he wanted to say to me now after having lived for 92 years.
From a 92 year old customer,
I have met you, and garlic gives me energy.

I have learned a lot about the garlic business and life from the many people I have met in the many places I sell it.
We have had heavy rain, snow, heat wave, and many difficulties on our way, but we will continue to do our best to do what we can!

Kagoshima The snow the other day.

It suddenly got cold and snowed.
After one night
Kagoshima has the image of a tropical country, but in winter, it snows on days when the temperature drops below freezing.

The snow has melted and the garlic is growing well!
This difference in temperature between cold and hot enhances the flavor and nutritional value of garlic.
Garlic is an agricultural product that takes about 8 months from planting to harvest.
This year's garlic harvest is only about 3 months away!
It is finally time for the second half of the season!
This is the season of cold weather!
