私の親父、岩手県で初のソロデビュー販売！

うちの親父、県外出張した事がなくて
昨日岩手行く準備してて、パンツは何枚持って行ったらいいか？と電話きました。
そんなの娘にきくかー笑！
お好きな枚数持ってきてと言っときました。
この話を催事なれしている他メーカーさんに聞いたらパンツは3枚らしいです。笑
催事業界の人達、ホテルで洗濯するらしい。。。
催事業界のエトセトラ、知らない世界。
▲県外催事、した事がなくて初めての事で私も分からない事色々ありましたが、大九州展だけに鹿児島や宮崎、熊本、大分、熊本、長崎のメーカーさん達が出店していて、手厚く面倒見てくれて九州人の温かい人柄にほっこりです！ありがとうございました！

岩手県って芋焼酎ない⁉︎⁉︎
親父とご飯たべに夜行った店のチョイスが悪かったのか、芋焼酎がおいてなくて日本酒が勢揃いしてました。（日本酒も美味しいんですけど、なんせ鹿児島のど田舎の親父なもんですいません。。。。）

花白波の18℃だったら割らなくていいから、それを鹿児島から持ってくれば良かったと言ってました。

後ろ髪をひっぱられる思いですが、
これやらないと次のステージに上がれない！
先日、にんにく工場に何社か来社があり、私がどうしても行けなくてにんにく工場スタッフに一任しました。
1番嬉しかった事が
「うちの商品は、冷蔵庫の中に必ずあるマヨネーズの様な存在になれるように頑張ってる」と弊社の説明をしてくれた事です。
来社された方から聞き、私が言わなくてもビジョンを共有してくれていた事が1番嬉しかったです。
鹿児島の皆の雇用が潤う様に頑張りたい！！
だから
突き放されても、必ず東京に戻ります。
下積みを味わい
やりたい事の為に、やりたくない事もやる。
遠回りが1番の近道なのなかなぁ。。。
商品のブランディング、一緒に働いてくれるにんにくスタッフ達にどっちの方向に向かって行くのか、常に選択を示し、品質、財務管理、営業、一歩づつステップアップして、振り向かず、走りづける。
負けそうになるけど、親父も岩手県で単独ソロ活動しているからいっだましいで頑張ろと思います！！

Good morning. This is the Kagoshima garlic blog of Kaori's farm in Satsuma, a farmer in Kagoshima. We are providing garlic goods from Kaori, the source of energy for our family, through mail order, marche, and in-store sales.

Kawanori" Great Kyushu Exhibition!
My father's first solo debut sale in Iwate Prefecture!
My father came from Kagoshima to Iwate!
A serious 6th industry!
(Production, manufacturing, sales, and multiple management styles)

My father has never traveled outside of the prefecture.
He was getting ready to go to Iwate yesterday and called me to ask how many pairs of pants he should bring. He called me and said, "How many pants should I bring?
I don't think my daughter would ask me that lol!
I told him to bring any number he wanted.
I asked another manufacturer who is organizing the event about this, and they told me that they only need 3 pairs of pants. LOL!
I heard that people in the event industry do their laundry at hotels.
I never knew this about the event industry.
I had never done an event outside of Kyushu before, and this was my first time, so there were a lot of things I didn't understand, but the manufacturers from Kagoshima, Miyazaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Kumamoto, and Nagasaki had stalls, and they took very good care of us, and the warm personality of the Kyushu people made me feel relaxed! Thank you very much!

I went to a restaurant with my father for dinner at night, but the choice of the restaurant was not good. (Sake is also delicious, but I'm sorry, I'm from a rural area in Kagoshima. 。。。。)

My 68 year old father's first out-of-prefecture solo debut sales event in Iwate.
I was worried if he could understand my Kagoshima dialect.
Maybe not, but somehow I'll do my best!

But if I don't do this, I'll never make it to the next stage!
The other day, several companies came to the garlic factory and I just couldn't make it, so I left it to the garlic factory staff.
The thing that made me happiest was.
The most pleasant thing for me was when one of the visitors explained about our company, saying, "Our product is trying hard to be like mayonnaise, which is always found in the refrigerator.
I was most pleased to hear from the people who came to the factory that they shared my vision without me having to say anything.
I want to do my best to enrich employment for everyone in Kagoshima!
So
I will definitely return to Tokyo even if I am shunned.
I will taste the underbelly
I will do the things I don't want to do for the things I want to do.
I guess the long way around is the shortest way.
Branding our products, showing our garlic staff which direction to go, always making choices, quality, financial management, sales, step by step, and never looking back, we keep running.
I feel like I'm going to lose, but my dad is also working solo in Iwate, so I'm going to keep on trying!
