· : 国家報勲部指定の顕忠施設「イルソン·イ·ジュン烈士銅像」The Statue of Lee Jun、Martyr所在地Location管理番号Control No. 10-1-7管理者Administrator南山公園管理事業所ソウル特別市中区奨忠洞2街197番地のイ·ジュン烈士は、1859年1月21日(旧暦1858年12月28日)咸鏡南道北清郡束後面中山里で生まれた。 独立協会に加入して1898年11月の万民共同会で街頭演説をするなど積極的に活動し、1904年に大韓保安会を組織して日本の荒れ地開墾権獲得を阻止する運動を展開し、一進会に対抗して共進会を組織し親日的な大臣たちを糾弾するなど愛国啓蒙運動に努めた。 1907年、光武皇帝からオランダ·ハーグで開催される万国平和会議に出席するよう密令を受け、李相雪(イ·サンソル)、李종宗(イ·ウィジョン)とともにハーグに到着し、皇帝の親書を渡したが、日帝の妨害で会議に出席できなくなると、日帝の韓国侵略を暴露糾弾し、乙巳條約が無効であることを宣言する公告辞(控告詞)を公開し、世界のマスコミに世論を喚起させた。 しかし、各国のマスコミが協力的であるのに比べ、列強が冷淡な反応を見せると、これに憤慨した烈士は痛嘆し、義憤に耐えられず切腹自決することで、世界万邦に対する独立の精神を強烈に植え付けた。 政府では故人の功勲を称えて1962年に建国勲章大韓民国章を追叙し、1963年烈士の遺骸をソウルに奉還し、水踰里愛国先烈墓地に埋葬した。 The Statue of Lee Jun is a Korean national monument built to honor the Patriotic Martyr Lee Jun。 Lee was born in Jungsan-ri, Sokhu-myeon, Bukcheong-gun. South Hamgyeong Province on January 21. 1859(December 28, 1858 lunar)。 Lee Jun, a Korean independence activist and member of the Independence Club (독점협회), led an independence movement including making an oratorical speech at the People's Mass Meeting(만민공동회) in November, 1989. In 1904。 he organized the anti-Japanese group Daehan Boanhoe(대한보안회) to launch a comoaign against Japan's ellort to acquire the right to reclaim wild land in Korea. Lee. also an educational relormer. led a Patriotic and Public enlightenment campain. including organizing the Gongunhoe(공진화:共進会), the anti-Japan patriotic society against the lljinhop(일진회 : 一進芸)。 the nation-wide pro-Japan political society in Korea and leading a public denouncement of pro-Japanese Korean officials. In 1907 he and his compatriots Lee Sang-seol and Lee Wi-jong were delegated by Emperor Gwangmu(King Gojong) in secret to attend the Second Hague Peace Conterence held in the Netherlands、 Gwangmu's secret emissaries were commissioned to deliver a personal letter of the emperor but they were blocked from joining the conference due to the objections of the Japanese delegates.
