(1) Lie on your back on a mat, stretch out your arms and legs, and relax.
Breathe slowly and deeply (nasal breathing is best)
3) Slowly stand up on both legs (as shown in Figure 1) and slowly step onto the mat with the whole soles of your feet (think of a cat sucking on a mat🐈).
(4) Slowly feel the movement from the soles of your feet.
