昨年末に新車購入したキャンピングカー愛車Dethleffs(デスレフ)GRAND ALPA！！常に快適化を求め、調査研究し、実化を果たしてきてるが、スイス製のイケてるデザインのラップ式トイレ「Clesana」の設置も完了した今、次のターゲットはこのテーマ！！！
『One Mile Around』
周辺１マイル、全長９ｍの機動力の弱いキャンピングカーを宿泊予定地にとめたあと、周辺を移動するときの手段、まあモビリティをどうするか！？を考えるってことだね！！温泉とか買い物とかトイレとかだね！具体的な検討に入るよ！予算は１５万以内くらいに設定！！
でもさ、まずその前に、関連法を理解しないとね！
ってことで政府系のHPで勉強したよ！！
買うのは『特定小型原動機付自転車』
まあね、サイズはともかくさ、”速度は２０ｋｍ以下しか出ない”ってこと！でもそれで良い、そこら辺しか乗らん想定だし、愛車Dethleffs(デスレフ)GRAND ALPAの荷室にしまうからさ、軽いのがよい！！
・ナンバーはつける！
・保険に入る！
・メットはする！！
・１６歳未満は運転できない！からジュニアはダメ（泣）
・酒も当然ダメ！近くのレストランで飲んだら乗れない！
まあ当然だよね！！
・ニケツもダメ！
・歩道はダメ！車道の左側を舐めるように走る！
・自転車道は走れる！自転車専用があるところは寧ろそこを走らんとダメ！
・普通自転車等及び歩行者等専用の走行も可能！ただし歩行者最優先！
・交差点の右折は二段階右折！なんだけど、実際これどうするの？とりあえず前にわたり、そこで止まり、右を向き、信号に従う！でもその場合の停止線はだいぶ離れてるはずだよね、最初にわたったあと、停止線まで戻るの？そんなら一度降りて、押しながら横断歩道を右に渡ったほうがわかりやすい！！
・まああとは標識など交通法規に従えと！！！
まあ問題なくやれそうだね！
あとは車種の選定だね！！

After parking the 9-meter-long camper van, which has limited mobility, at our planned accommodation, I need to figure out how to move around the surrounding area. This includes going to hot springs, shopping, and using restrooms. I will start specific considerations with a budget of around 150,000 yen.
But first, I need to understand the related laws! So, I studied on a government website. I plan to buy a 'specific small motorized bicycle.'

With the amendment of the Road Traffic Law, from July 2023, those over 16 years old can ride electric kickboards that meet the standards without a driver's license. - You can ride on lanes designated for bicycles and pedestrians! But pedestrians have the right of way!
- Right turns at intersections require two-stage right turns! In practice, cross straight first, stop, turn right, and follow the signal! However, the stop line is quite far away, so after crossing first, do you return to the stop line? In that case, it's easier to get off and walk the kickboard across the crosswalk!
- Follow traffic signs and regulations!
It seems doable without issues! Now, I just need to choose the model!
