Mode Parfume Coilover Suspension kitが入荷しました。このキットも細部にわたって拘ってます。フロントスライドピロアッパーマウントは、車高を下げた際にスプリングシートとナックルアームの距離が近くなるため、この距離を維持するように設計されています。またリアアッパーマウントもピロボール式を採用して、前後使用するピロボールは日本のNMB社製を採用しています。スプリングスロアーシートはワンロック式を採用しています。そしてスプリングの捩れを解消するためにステンレス製スラストシートを上下にセットしています。そして前後ロアブラケットとダンパーをロックするロックリングは前後でそれぞれ専用の形や厚みの異なったものを使用して確実にそれらを固定できるようにしています。強度の必要なフロントロアーブラケットはスチール製を採用し、それ以外のパーツは単なるアルミではなく軽くて丈夫なジュラルミン素材を採用しています。サンディエゴで MP ブランドを手伝ってくれている友人の Conner (@conner_ho) の MP デモカーに、このサスペンション キットを 1 セット取り付ける予定です。今回新たに開発したこだわり抜いた日本製のMode Parfume coilover suspension kitを是非実感してみてください。

The front sliding pillow upper mount is designed to maintain the distance between the spring seat and the knuckle arm, which becomes closer when the vehicle height is lowered. The rear upper mount also uses a pillow ball type, and the front and rear pillow balls are made by the Japanese company NMB. The spring lower seat is of the one-lock type. And stainless steel thrust seats are set on the top and bottom to eliminate twisting of the spring. The lock rings that lock the front and rear lower brackets and dampers are specially designed with different shapes and thicknesses for the front and rear to ensure that they are securely fixed in place. The front lower bracket, which requires strength, is made of steel, and the other parts are made of lightweight and durable duralumin rather than simply aluminum.
