カーボンケブラーを使用してMPサイドミラーを作ってみました。実はケブラーの繊維は硬くて複雑な形状を製作するのはとても難しいのです。
何度か失敗してゴミ箱行きになりましたがやっとまともなものが出来上がりました。
しかし生産が難しいのと材料がとても高価なので数量限定で受注生産しようと思っています。そしてもちろんTORAY社の本物の日本製カーボンケブラーを使用しています。

I tried making an MP side mirror using carbon Kevlar. In fact, Kevlar fibers are hard and difficult to manufacture into complex shapes.
I failed a few times and ended up in the trash, but finally I was able to create something decent.
However, since it is difficult to produce and the materials are very expensive, we are planning to produce it in limited quantities to order. And of course we use genuine Japanese carbon Kevlar from TORAY.
