本題に入る前に
●今日は終戦記念日
天皇陛下は、忘れてはならない４つの日として以下をあげています（宮内庁記者会見にて）。
６月２３日：沖縄慰霊の日
８月６日：広島原爆の日
８月９日：長崎原爆の日
８月１５日：終戦記念日
そして、戦没者慰霊の旅として
２００５年：サイパン
２０１５年：パラオ・ペリリュー島
２０１６年：フィリピン
沖縄、長崎、広島など。
慰霊だけでなく、戦争で苦労した人々への配慮も忘れない。旧満州に開拓団として渡り、戦後引き揚げた人たちの入植地となった長野県軽井沢町の開拓地は、皇太子時代から家族を連れてたびたび訪問。「入植はご苦労多かったでしょう」（15年8月）などとねぎらいの言葉を掛けた。
平成２７年８月１５日の全国戦没者追悼式における天皇陛下のおことばで、以前までの文言に加えて
「さきの大戦に対する深い反省」。
何故、この文言が加わったのか？
おそらくは平成２６年に、集団的自衛権の閣議決定があり、平成２７年に安保法制が強制採決された事で、象徴天皇としての安倍総理に対するギリギリの文言だったと思料します。
天皇陛下のご略歴

戦争により、諸外国でも、戦火に見舞われました。これを罪という言葉だけで片付けられるものでしょうか？
韓国の慰安婦のみならず、65年の日韓請求権協定で日本統治時代の問題は 「完全かつ最終的に解決済み」であり、既に解決済だけども、近年になって「最終的且つ不可逆」に日韓政府で合意したもの。ビジネスの世界では、為念扱い。
世界に向けて発信したものであり、韓国が支持率が下がる度に、慰安婦問題を持ち上げて、ナショナリズムを扇動。
「韓国は、日本に対して執拗に過去史を追及し『謝罪と反省』を求めてきたが、中国とは1992年の国交正常化以来、首脳会談で過去史が問題になったことはない。中国は朝鮮戦争で北朝鮮を支持して軍事介入した南北分断固定化の元凶であるのに、韓国政府もマスコミも識者も誰も中国の戦争責任、侵略責任を語ろうとはしない」「韓国は中国が侵略戦争責任を追及しても応じないと分かっているので黙っているのだ。とすると結果的に日本のように応じると限りなく追及される」「経済や政治など実利のためには中国と仲良くし、ご機嫌をうかがわなければならないからだ」
中国には、何も言えないのに、日本だけ、何かを言ってくる、まさにStupidな韓国政府。
尚、日本と中国の間では、
1972年9月、周恩来総理（当時）の招待で田中角栄が訪中して歴史的な日中首脳会談が実現した。両首脳は数日の協議の末日中共同声明を発表した。これを以って「中国」との「不正常な状態」が終結、日中友好のために日本に対する戦争賠償の請求は放棄され、「一つの中国」を十分理解・尊重。
少なくとも、現在、生を受けて大過なく過ごさせて頂いているのは、
ご先祖の皆さまに見守って頂いている事、そして、家族・親族・親友、ネットという環境下で、文明の力として、様々な方々に支えられているからと、思料します。
木を見て森を見ずという諺がありますが、もう一つ、俯瞰して、例えばマインドフルネスの様な思考をお持ちになる方々が増える事を願ってやみません。
天皇陛下のおことば（平成最後のおことば）
本日、「戦没者を追悼し平和を祈念する日」に当たり、全国戦没者追悼式に臨み、さきの大戦において、かけがえのない命を失った数多くの人々とその遺族を思い、深い悲しみを新たにいたします。
終戦以来既に73年、国民のたゆみない努力により、今日の我が国の平和と繁栄が築き上げられましたが、苦難に満ちた往時をしのぶとき、感慨は今なお尽きることがありません。
戦後長きにわたる平和な歳月に思いを致しつつ、ここに過去を顧み、深い反省とともに、今後、戦争の惨禍が再び繰り返されないことを切に願い、全国民と共に、戦陣に散り戦禍に倒れた人々に対し、心から追悼の意を表し、世界の平和と我が国の一層の発展を祈ります。
●初めてAmazonを利用し、ポータブル電源を購入しました。ビッグカメラ、ヤマダ電機などを巡ったのですが、スマホ用のUSB電源があるものの、古いガラケーのAC電源は無いのです。現在利用しているガラケーの一つ前の世代は、より融通性がある充電装置だったのですが（入出力ポートという意味）、今は融通が利かない・汎用性・利便性が悪くなった。
要は、僕が使っているガラケーは、電池残量が２０％になると、写真撮影が不可となるので、それを補うためにAC出力ポートのある、そしてスマホ購入を踏まえてポータブル電源を購入したものです。購入によって、電池残量の問題は解決したので（電源の重さは、５００mlのドリンクぐらい）、活動範囲が広がるかも。。。
●昨日の深層ニュース（BS日テレ）では薄毛について話されていました。嘗ては爆笑問題がCM（AGA）に出演し、今は、GACKTかな。ちょっと飛び火して、GACKTが広告塔になっている仮想通貨（スピンドル）は、沈没しています。野田聖子総務大臣の秘書及び旦那が金融庁担当役員及び仮想通貨会社を同席させた事が発覚した事案。これにより、野田総務大臣は、給与を自主返納されていますが、モラルが低すぎで笑止千万。
薄毛については、遺伝だったり、人によっては、とてもセンシティヴな話題です。どれが正解というわけではなく、例えば、ハズキルーペで滑稽な演技をしているKEN WATANABE（渡辺謙）の様に、元気に、そして、二度目の不倫をも楽しむ人もいます（北野武監督のアウトレイジにて、《「あいつは前に、大友を裏切っとるやろう。一度、人を裏切った奴は、何回でも裏切りよる」という名言・・・Tha'ts right》）。
薄毛という各論だけでなく、その人の人格・内面を見る事（総論）が出来る／理解出来る人が増えればと切に願っています。
本題に戻します。
ホッキョクグマさんは、１頭になり、水の中で泳いでいました。当日は、蒸し暑かったし、人間でも、水浴びしたい感じでした。
ゼニガタアザラシさんは、２頭いて、仲良く寝ていました。
エゾヒグマさんは、時折、立っていました。流石に、山で見たら怖い。
