I am Keiji Shirai, the representative of Chubu (Central Japan) Landmine Problems Support Network, one of the 1400 NGOs of the ICBL. I surveyed the 18 Victims of Landmine in Huambo in Angola from 12th May to 28th May, 2014.
The situation on the victims of Landmine in Huambo is cruel, they have never gotten supports from the Government and they really need help now.
You should confirm the reality of victims of landmine in Angola for yourself.
Do not trust much on the information submitted by the Landmine Monitor Researcher in Angola and the Government of Angola.
Please check the attached tables of Excel and take necessary measures to give all victims in Angola total aids that they need, as soon as possible. It is the urgent issue to all the ICBL delegates.
