To date I've attended 4 meetings in total, so not much experience, but I noticed the complexities of business conduct. Not having any previous experience in the business world this all came as a bit of a shock!
今まで私はしか４つのアポに行きませんでしたからあまり経験がありません。しかし少しずつビジネスマナーを発見したいです。このとき前にビジネスの世界的な経験がありませんのでちょっとびっくりしました！
My first time to go to a meeting was with G san, who happens to be more than well experienced in the art of business conduct. We were meeting a company executive who had studied in England and worked in the states. 
私の初めてアポに行きましたときにGさん（ビジネスマナーを良く知ている人）とイギリスに留学しました日本人の会社の重役と会いに行きました。
Firstly, there is the approach, knock on the door, greeting the assistant, being seated and offered refreshments. A certain way to carry this out? And that's all before the meeting begins.
最初にアプローチします。ドアをノックしてアシスタントと会って会議室に入ってお飲み物をいただきます。これしていると正しい様式がありますか？あると思います。まだ難しけどまだアポがはじめませんでした。
A very important event takes place immediately when the client enters the room, that is the exchange of business cards.
クラインとが部屋に入りましたからただちに名刺を交換する。これは大切らしいです。
During the meeting there are also certain procedures or guidelines that seem to be followed. For example, constant nodding, note taking and polite conversation. And I'm sure there are lots more that I'm yet to notice.
アポ中もう正常の正式な手続があります。たとえばいつもうなずいてノートに書いて丁寧な会話をしています。それともっと沢山の手続を発見します。
And finally, the get-away! w When leaving I found it to be highly important to express or even over express your gratitude for the meeting having been possible. This is shown through repeat utterances of 'sumimasen and arigatougozaimasu' combined with almost incessant bowing.
ついに逃走するについて、（笑）出発のときには感謝の言葉と言ってがかなり大切なことらしいです。すみませんとかありがとうございますを繰り返して言うと山盛りのおじきをする。
Overall, an interesting and rare way in which to experience the intricaties of Japanese life! ﾍ(ﾟ∀ﾟ*)ﾉ
