朝起きてまた「Lily's」へ。思い出のチーズ入りマッシュルームオムレツを食べました！
momはオートミールを食べていたのですが、隣の席に座っていた年配のご婦人が、「これをかけるともっといいわよ」とシナモンパウダーの入った小さなボトルを貸してくれました。「マイ一味」ならぬ、「マイシナモン」！ 彼女はいつも持ち歩いているらしい...。
そしてまた車でFWを北上。途中降りた街で「Harry & David」へ。ここは以前にもきたことがあるのですが、とっても大きなgrocery storeでテーブルウェアやジャムやワイン、果物や野菜がお手頃価格で手に入ります。今が旬のピーチやチェリーがどっさり！つまみぐいしながら大きなナイロン袋にがしがし入いれても$4くらい。
そして変な形のピーチを発見。momに聞くと、平べったくつぶれたような形から「ドーナツピーチ」と呼ばれているそう。シールには「UFOピーチ」と書いてありました。これも試食しながらいっぱい買いました。私とmomはピーチとチェリーを見ると我を忘れてしまうのです。
夜は、Coburgという小さな街に宿泊。おやすみなさーい。
We went to Lily's again.(We had dinner at the same place last night.)I had my lovely cheese omlet w/mushroom ! While mom had her oatmeal, a lady who was sitting there gave her a small sinnamon bottle and said "Put it on. Much better than it !" Some people bring their ichimi(red pepper powder)in Japan, so she is just like that.
We drove up to North and stopped at Harry & David. I remembered this. It's very big grocery store, they sell many kinds of tableware, jam, wine, fruits and vegitables in cheaper price. You can see a whole bunch of tasty peach and cherry and try everything you want. We put them a lot in a big plastic bag but it's just $4 !!!
I found strange peach. Mom said it's called "donuts peach" because of the flat and pop looking. It labeled "UFO peach". We couldn't stop eating and buying them. Mom and I are "peach crazy". Stayed at Coburg. Good nignt and love you all...
