牛骨スープって豚骨スープよりもクセが強いんですよね。もしかしたら豚骨に慣れているだけかもしれませんけど。でもなかなか美味しかったです。
Beef bone broth soup has unique flavor, different from tonkotsu (pork bone broth) soup. I prefer tonkotsu soup, of course it may be already familier with tonkotsu soup for me. Anyway, it was good, though.
