二日連続路麺です。
渋谷に来ました。相変わらずスクランブル交差点はすごい人ですね。
I worked at home in the morning yesterday. I prepared a presentation slide for an external lecture next month earlier because I will be busy from this week, I won't secure a time of preparing. After work, I visited Shibuya. There were a lot of people at Shibuya scramble crossing as usual.

 
そば処信州屋
ここに来た目的は、何年も前から一度は食べてみたいと思っていた「せりそば」を食べることです。せりそばを出している立ち食いそば屋は少なく、一番有名だったのは小伝馬町「田そば」だったのですが、閉店してしまいました。
Shinshuya, I visited here once in 2019.
The purpose of visiting here was to have 'Seri Soba', hot soba noodles with Japanese parsley topping that I have wanted to eat once for years. There are few stand soba restaurants where serve seri soba. The most famous stand soba where serves seri soba was Den Soba but it was permanently closed.

 
まずは食べたいそばを注文し料金を支払います。呼ばれたら受け取るシステムですね。
The ordering system is unique. Order a dish and pay at first, and you need to pick up your soba noodles when staff calls your dish. Cash only is inconvenient.

 
根付き天然せりそば
せりの旬は冬なので冬だけの提供です。
Of course, I ordered hot soba noodles with Japanese parsley including root. According to an advertisement board, Japanese parsley is harvested in Ibaraki prefecture. It was 750 yen. Seri Soba is served in only winter season because, I am not sure but Japanese parsley is difficult to be kept fresh.

 
うんうん、めちゃめちゃ美味い。
そばは押出製麺機で適宜製麺して洗ってから再度温めています。高品質なお蕎麦です。そしてお汁も美味しいです。豚肉も入ってます。
The soba noodles were just produced and just boiled. They have a noodle extruder and produce soba noodles routinely. They wash soba noodles and re-boil for serving. The quality of soba noodles is so high with good texture and taste. The soup was also good with appropriate bonito flavor and taste. Boiled pork in the soup made the soup richer.

 
せりの根リフト
せりが本当にお蕎麦に合います。こりゃ美味しいや。念願のせりそばを食べることが出来て大満足です。ごちそうさまでした。
I lifted up a root of Japanese parsley. Japanese parsley had good flavor and was suitable with soba soup. I was fully satisfied with seri soba noodles that I have wanted to eat for years.

 
本家しぶそば
以前は渋谷駅構内にありましたが、渋谷駅の再開発に伴い閉店し、最近道玄坂エリアに移転しました。ここも来なきゃですね。
This is Honke Shibusoba.
It was located in Shibuya station but it was closed because of re-development of Shibuya Station and moved in Dogenzaka area recently. I have to visited here once.
