先日行った丹沢そばには自社製造の生そばと干しそばも売っていました。おススメだった新そばの丹沢茶屋を購入しました。
As I reported before, I have been to Tanzawa Soba and enjoy good soba noodles. They were selling raw soba noodles and several types of dried soba noodles. I bought superior dried soba noodle product, Tanzawa Chaya, that is produced fresh domestic buckwheat flour harvested this year. They recommended this for customers. It was probably more than 800 yen for 240g, 3 portions.
説明書では茹で時間が3~5分。3分ちょっと茹でました。あらら、硬すぎます。
I prepared simple cold soba noodles. According to the instruction on the package, boiling time is 3 to 5 minutes. Therefore, I boiled it for 3 minutes and a half. The texture was too much hard.
次は4分半。これでも硬い。でもお店で食べた丹沢そばに結構近い感じです。次は5分半茹でようっと。
Next time, I boiled it for 4 minutes and a half. The texture was a bit hard but totally quality and taste was almost similar with the real soba noodles I had at Tanzawa Soba. I will boil it for more than 5 minutes next time.
最後は6分ちょっと茹でました。
これが完璧、ほぼお店で食べた丹沢そばと同じです。干しそばの底力を感じました。
The last time, I boiled the dried soba noodles for more than 6 minutes. The texture and flavor were almost the same with the real one that I had at Tanzawa Soba in Hadano city. I recognized the true potential of dried soba noodles. Dried soba noodle could be closed with the real soba noodles from raw state.
やっと本麒麟香りの舞を見つけました。甘くてリッチなビールですね。
I finally found HON KIRIN Kaori-no-Mai (elegant aromatic dance). It has similar characteristics with the standard version. It is characterized by sweetness and rich taste.
これはオランダのビール、HOLLANDIA。オランディアって読むのかな？酸味強めの如何にも海外ビールという感じです。

滅多にこういうお酒は買いません。ほぼジュース。それはそれで美味しい。
I rarely get this kind of sweet alcohol drink. It was almost like grapefruit juice. Anyway, it was good.
