真剣に味噌ラーメンを作ってみました。
煮干、昆布、ニンニクでベースのスープを作り、叩いた豚肉と玉ねぎで追い出汁、味付けは生姜、みりん、少量の醤油と味噌、そして仕上げにネギ油。
As I mentioned before, it is difficult to cook miso soup ramen noodle delicious without using a instant soup product. This time, I cooked miso soup ramen noodles seriously with much effort. I prepared soup from broth using dried kelp, dried small sardines, chopped pork, garlic and chopped onions. And next, I seasoned the soup by much amount of miso, mirin, grated ginger, green onion oil and small amount of soy sauce.
マルボシ製麺の乾麺、トッピングはメンマとコーンとネギ。
I prepared ramen noodles using dried straight shaped ramen noodles of Maruboshi noodle factory and I put corns, seasoned boiled bamboo shoot and sliced green onions.
うん、美味しい、美味しいですけどやっぱりラーメン屋さんのような味噌ラーメンにはなりません💦味噌ラーメンは本当に難しいなあ。
It was good but less than genuine miso soup ramen noodles of ramen restaurants. I have no idea how to cook more delicious miso ramen soup. And straight noodles were not good for miso soup.
