川福といううどん屋さんに行きました。最近人気のようで約1時間待ちました💦
We visited Kawafuku, an udon noodle restaurant, in Minoh city, Osaka prefecture yesterday. It seems popular recently therefore we needed to wait around 1 hour.
人気の理由は西川清さんや上沼恵美子さんが紹介されたからのようです。西川さんが絶品と紹介されていたカレーうどん、僕もらんかれーという溶き卵のカレーうどんを注文しました。
The reason why it is popular recently seems that Kawafuku Minoh was introduced by local celebrities like Kiyoshi Nishikawa and Emiko Kaminuma. Especially, Nishikawa-san introduced that curry udon noodles was so good. Of course, I ordered curry udon noodles with egg called Ran-Curry. It was 1,250 yen.
結構スパイシーです。うどんは手打ちですね。良い食感。雪の降る寒い一日でしたがカレーうどんで暖まりました。ごちそうさまでした。
It was good. The udon noodle was hand-made type. I realized that because thickness was varied. The texture of udon noodle was good, not too hard and not too soft. The soup had strong dashi flavor and be pretty spicy. It was really cold outside yesterday, it snowed almost all day in Minoh city. The spicy curry udon noodles made us warm.
雪で京都名古屋間が徐行運転という情報だったので帰りの新幹線の時間をかなり早めました。なので居酒屋新幹線は無し。
Yesterday, according to the official information of Tokaido Shinkansen on X, it might be delay due to heavy snow in Maibara area. I changed the time of my Shinkansen earlier. So, I didn't open Izakaya Shinkansen. I just drank beer and whiskey and soda while reading the novel.
米原辺りはもちろん雪景色。でもそれほど豪雪ではなく定刻通りに帰ってこれました。良かった～。
In Maibara area, snow covered the ground but it was not too heavy snow. I was relieved that my Shinkansen was almost on time track.
