サンポーの長浜ナンバーワン、実際の長浜ラーメン屋さんとのコラボ商品です。ブログで取り上げるのは二度目。

I bought SANPO brand instant ramen noodle product, HAKATA NUMBER ONE. This is in collaboration with the real ramen noodle restaurant HAKATA NUMBER ONE in Nagahama, Chuo ward, Fukuoka city. Marutai and Sanpo both is a noodle company in Kyushu region, Sanpo Foods is located in Saga prefecture and Marutai is in Fukuoka prefecture. I am sure that they are rival each other.

This is a second time that I feature this instant ramen noodles.

この棒状の乾麺が特徴です。そして粉末スープとは別で付いている調味油が特徴ですね。この調味油がスープの決め手です。

I cooked this instant ramen noodles. Stick shaped dried ramen noodle is the special feature of Sanpo and Marutai. And the seasoned oil is also the special feature of Sanpo and Marutai. I believe that the seasoned oil defines the taste of soup.

サクッとした麺と本格豚骨スープが最高です。お店のラーメンみたい。途中で黒胡椒とキムチで味変して頂きました。

The ramen noodle had crisp texture and the Tonkotsu soup (pork bone broth) was so good like real Tonkotsu ramen noodle restaurants. I changed the taste by black peppers and kimuchi in the middle of eating.

Basically, animals including human being can adapt to the current environment where they are in. Do you skip lunch often? If you have to skip lunch at your office due to busy so much often, you get used to skip lunch. You can keep your performance and concentration without lunch. However, for me, lunch is essential to keep my performance. I always try to secure time for lunch. I can't keep my best performance without lunch. And I can't keep balance between business and private without alcohol.

We are planning to support NPO and its event in Japan as sponsorship but the event doesn't have insufficient budget document about details, how to spend, meal cost per person, etc. We don't proceed the sponsorship process any longer. This NPO has established their worldwide fame but doesn't fit Japanese business custom.
