This is Fukutoku Shrine. It is well known in people who are into Oshikatsu (following an idol group). It believes that this shrine has a power for people who wish to won getting a live ticket. Actually, there were many women there for like a part of Oshikatsu.
仕事の後はまかない弁当、今回も升本弁当でした♪これは秋のお弁当ですね。しめじご飯もその他の秋の味覚も最高でした。ごちそうさまでした。
After the external meeting, the Masumoto Bento lunch box was served. It would be a autumn version. It was so good as usual.
I will less visit Nihonbashi area on business because my company decided to demote me. My role has been acting for last 9 months and my company has looked for an appropriate candidate of the head of my team. I recommended my boss to hire an external talent for my organization, and I thought I don't deserve the position. I believe a new head from external can improve our teams's capability, therefore I agree with my company's decision but I have a mixed feeling a little.
