とまらないウマさ にんにく白麻婆豆腐の素
I bought the sauce of Mapo Tofu at a grocery store. This sauce features strong garlic flavor and white color not like ordinary Mapo Tofu.
説明書きに従って作っていきます。
I prepared this according to the instruction.
辛さもマイルド、一般受けしそうな麻婆豆腐ですね。ニンニクはそれほど効いてない気がします。
This is good but I am sure that most of Mapo Tofu Lovers wouldn't be satisfied with that because of less spicy and less garlic flavor, however, it had mild taste and good for ordinary people.
いつの間にかバドワイザーが中国製になっていました。ブログを読み返すとバドワイザーは2016年は麒麟麦酒が醸造していました。そして2019年には正規のAB InBevがアメリカで、そして2025年には韓国で醸造していました。僕は結構バドワイザーが好きなんですけど、この中国のバドワイザーは少し味が違う気がしました。レシピは同じはずなので気のせいだとは思いますが。
I didn't know that latest Budweiser is brewed in China maybe be contracted with Chinese breweries. I checked my blog articles, Buds was brewed by KIRIN Breweries in 2016 and brewed by ABI in the United States in 2019, and brewed in South Korea in 2025. I like Buds but this time I felt it was not good because of less refreshing and fresh taste. It is just my impression. I believe that the latest Buds is brewed by the same recipe.

This is a Vietnamese beer, BIA SAIGON LAGER. I felt it tastes like other foreign beers. I mean that foreign beer has a little sourness like metal.
