佐賀県出張の時に自分へのお土産で佐賀の絲 海苔そうめんを買いました。佐賀県産の小麦粉を使って佐賀県産の海苔が含まれています。
I bought dried somen noodles at Saga Airport for souvenir myself when the business day-trip to Saga prefecture. The somen noodle made by wheat harvested in Saga prefecture and contains nori seaweed caught in Saga prefecture. It is produced by Haraguchi Noodle Factory in Saga prefecture. I always buy local souvenirs for showing my appreciation of giving me the appointment on my business trips.

 
色は蕎麦みたい。
The color of somen noodle is charcoal gray like soba noodle. As you know, the color of somen noodle is white with slight yellow, basically.

 
ヤマキそうめんつゆ
I bought Yamaki brand soup for somen noodles. 

 
海苔の香りがします。でものど越しはそうめんとは違いますね。多分植物油を使っていないからだと思います。個性的なそうめんでした。ごちそうさまでした。
I prepared the somen noodles in icy water to make the texture better. The texture of the seaweed somen noodle was different from ordinary somen noodles. I guess this difference comes from vegetable oil. Basically, in the process to produce somen noodles, vegetable oil is used but it isn't used. It had nori flavor, anyway. It was so unique.
