善屋へぎそば。へぎそばは新潟県のお蕎麦です。へぎという器に乗せた布海苔をつなぎに使ったお蕎麦です。この干しそばを製造している松代そば善屋の干しそばは過去にも食べたことがあって好印象です。
This is Yoshiya Hegisoba thai is produced Matsushiro Soba Yoshiya in Tokamachi city, Niigata prefecture. Hegisoba is a local soba noodles in Niigata prefecture that is characterized by crisp texture by funori seaweed. I tried dried soba noodle product that is produced by Matsushiro Soba Yoshiya once in the past and I had good impression about that.

 
蕎麦粉の配合割合は低いですが、布海苔由来のつるつる食感が盛りそばに合います。美味しい😋
This dried soba noodles contains funori seaweeds, therefore it has slight green color. This has less than 50% of buckwheat flour but it doesn't matter. The crisp and smooth texture by funori were so good.

 
佐賀県出張の時に買った天山純米吟醸。軽やかで華やかで美味い。
This is TENZAN Junmai Ginjo that was bought in Saga prefecture for a souvenir to myself when the business day trip to Saga prefecture. It was good with fruity and light flavor. I committed that I buy many souvenirs in Saga to my customer in Saga for expression of gratitude because they gave us the opportunity to exchange our opinions.
