土曜日は路麺の日
路麺の記事が400件を超えているので、これまで300軒以上の路麺には多分行っていると思います。でもまだ未訪の路麺があるんですよね。京王電鉄府中駅に来ました。
I have been leading the campaign Saturday is Romen Day for years. I have visited more than 300 Romens so far because the number of my blog articles of Romen category is 430. However, there still are few Romen in Tokyo where I have never visited.
I got off at KEIO Fuchu Station after my hair dye and hair cut.
府中駅は非常に発展しています。
The front of Fuchu Station is well developed, there are shopping centers.
駅前のル・シーニュというビルの1階にある元禄そば江戸一です。ずっと行こうと思ってたんですが遠いので未訪でした。
There is Genroku Soba Edoichi at the first floor of LE SIGNE in front of the station. This Romen has been on my Romen List that I should visit. The reason why I have never visited was this Romen is far from my town.
券売機で食券を買いますが、配膳も片付けもスタッフの方がしてくれます。
You need to order by the vending machine but a hall staff serve your soba noodles and put the bowl away after finishing to eat. A main staff over the counter well prepared soba noodles from raw soba noodles.
天ぷらそばを注文しました。天ぷらはかき揚げタイプです。
I ordered tempura soba noodles. It was just 500 yen, cheaper even now.
そばは生そばです。食感はもっちりタイプですね。お汁は若干化学調味料の味がします。天ぷらは90％小麦粉ですね。麺以外は昔の駅そばっぽい感じです。ごちそうさまでした。
The soba noodles preparing from raw soba noodles had chewy texture but less buckwheat flavor. The kakiage style tempura was made by much amount of flour, it was like traditional tempura at Station Soba House called Eki Soba. It seems the soup was probably cooked by themselves but tasted chemical seasonings.

府中の森公園
I stopped by Fuchu-no-Mori Park.
府中市美術館に入ろうと思っていたんですけど大混雑。長澤芦雪展が大人気でした。残念ですが諦めました。
I have thought that I visited Fuchu Art Museum but there were many people waiting in queue, therefore I gave up. Rosetsu Nagasawa's artworks were exhibited.
でも天気が良くて公園の散歩が気持ちいい♬
It was fine weather yesterday. I enjoyed walking around the park.
