大阪では蕎麦ではなくラーメンを食べることが多いです。豊中市の麺や凛に来ました。
When I am in Osaka, I sometimes go outside to eat ramen noodles with my spouse, not Japanese soba noodles. Romen is my hobby just in Tokyo.
We visited Menya RIN in Toyonaka city, Osaka prefecture.

 
カウンターのみ7席の小さなお店です。
This ramen noodle restaurant is quite small. There is a L-shape counter table, the capacity is just 7 people. 

 
アワードを獲得したこともあるようですね。色々取材も受けているようです。
According to the monuments inside, RIN won the SARAH JAPAN MENU AWARD in 2018. SARAH JAPAN MENU AWARD is the yearly ranking by online reviews. And it looks they have been interviewed many times by media.

 
普通の醤油ラーメンにするつもりだったのですが、昆布水つけ麺をメニューで見た瞬間に気持ちが変わりました。醤油昆布水つけ麺です。豚と鶏のレアチャーシューは別盛りです。
I have thought that I order soy sauce ramen noodles but I ordered soy sauce tsuke men (dipping style ramen noodles) with kelp water that is a water with shaved dried kelp. Umami by kelp is oozed into the water. Kombu water tsuke men has been popular in Tokyo. I changed my mind when I found that on the menu. It was around 1,300 yen. The pork and chicken were prepared by low-temperature process and served on another dish.

 
昆布水に浸かった太麺はツルツル、これは美味しいです。基本的にはつけ麺よりもラーメンの方が好きなので、この麺で普通の醤油ラーメンが食べたかったかも(笑)食材や調理にとってもこだわったラーメンでした。ごちそうさまでした。
The ramen noodles had very smooth texture but I didn't feel the flavor of kelp at all. The hot soy sauce soup was strong and the balance was good. However, I thought I should have eaten normal soy sauce ramen noodles. I don't prefer tsuke men. I realized that they stick to high quality ingredients and well prepared the tsuke men, therefore normal ramen noodles would satisify me more.
