I cooked hot soba noodles with tempura, spinach, shaved kombu seaweed and sliced green onion. I prepared the soup very well.
あー、久しぶりにハズレです。
干しそばって同じような原材料なのに歯応えも風味も全然違うんですよね。パッケージに騙された感じです（笑）
The texture and flavor were worse than others. There are clear differences among dried soba noodle products even though made by almost same ingredients. Processes of production matters. I am curious where these differences come from? By the way, The large size package annoys me to eat up.

This is the Izakaya Shinkansen from Tokyo to Osaka on the other day. I bought a cheaper meal box. Gorgeous meal boxes which are sold at Tokyo Station are too expensive.
帰りは居酒屋新幹線はなしで飲みだけ。ジンソーダ白兎は爽やかで美味しかったです。
I didn't open my Izakaya Shinkansen on the way back to Tokyo because I was full by late lunch. GIN SODA THE HAKUTO was so good with fresh botanical flavor.
