ですが、路麺活動が出来ないのでカップ蕎麦。
スーパーで見かけて興味を惹かれたどん兵衛天そばクラシック。50周年記念商品です。
I don't have any Romen activity today even though "Satuday is Romen Day" campaign.
This cup instant soba noodles caught my eyes at a supermarket. This is Donbee Ten-soba Classic that is for 50th anniversary special of Donbee.
50年前のレシピを再現！らしいですが、50年前の食材や原材料は今は手に入らないものも多い気がするので単に宣伝文句な気もします(笑)
They say that this is produced by the recipe 50 years ago. I am not sure if they recreate this by the exact recipe 50 years ago because it would be difficult to get the same ingredients 50 years ago now.
天ぷらを後乗せではなくてお湯を入れる前に入れるのが当時っぽい感じですね。
The most difference is the process of preparation. The recipe of current Donbee requires you put tempura on the soba noodles at last but this requires you put tempura before pouring hot water.
”当時はこれがうまかった(笑)”って書いてますが今とそれほど変わらない気がします。なんだかキャンペーンに踊らされてるかも。普通に美味しかったです。
The slogan of this product is "It was good at that time". This slogan imagine us bad taste from this but it was good as well as the current Donbee. I think you can not recognize which is the current one on blind setting.
麻膳堂麻辣牛だし麺
This is MAZENDO Spicy Beef Broth Noodles. It seems the recipe follows genuine noodles in Taiwan.
多分日本人向けにアレンジはされてるんだと思いますけど、確かにアジア料理特有の癖は結構感じます。美味しいですね😋
It was so good. I felt the recipe is changed for Japanese taste but still remains typical flavor of Asian noodles.
