残ったパクチーをどう使おうか。。。レシピを調べず本能的に作る料理を決めてしまいました。カットして小麦粉と少量の水を入れて混ぜます。
I was considering how to cook remained coriander. Without searching recipe, I decided to cook hot soba noodles with coriander tempura topping. I cut two bunch of coriander and put flour and small amount of water, and stirred that.
フライパンで揚げます。もちろん油節約のためにフライパンは傾けます(笑)
I deep-fried that on the pan. I don't have a pan dedicated for deep fry, therefore I tilted the pan for efficient cooking to reduce oil usage.
パクチー天そばです!見た目は春菊天そばですね。
春菊もパクチーも独特な香草です。
やっぱり春菊天の方が美味しい

The tempura looks like tempura of edible crown daisy, doesn't it? Crown daisy and coriander are both herbs, as you know, both has unique taste. I think crown daily is better for tempura, definitely.
