土曜日は路麺の日ですが、昨日は路麺に行きましたか？
僕は行けないのでスーパーで日の出製粉の九州ラーメン赤龍を買いました。
Did you have soba noodles at a Romen yesterday? I know I am an advocate of 'Saturday is Romen Day' campaign but I didn't do that because I was in Osaka.
I bought Kyushu Ramen SEKIRYU of Hinode flour milling corporation at the grocery store. I took up RONRYU of the same brand before.
以前ロン龍は食べましたが赤龍は豚骨辛子みそ味です。トッピングはシンプルにネギのみ。
Topping was simply only sliced green onions.
The soup of SEKIRYU is Tonkotsu based spicy miso soup.
うん、美味しいです！スープもストレート乾麺の食感もいいですね。ごちそうさまでした。
It was so good and straight dried noodle had good texture.
スーパーに解体後のマグロがありました。これは職人さんが奥で捌いているってことですね。色々な部位の刺身が売ってました。
There was remainings of big tuna at the grocery store. It shows that an expert cleans and fillets the tuna. Any amateur can't do that at all. The grocery store has various parts of tuna sashimi.
