ちょっと真剣にせりそばを作ってみました。
お出汁はヤマキ徳一番の混合節と花かつおを両方使って出汁を取り、少し濃いめの味付けにするために返しを多めに入れました。今回はコクを加えるために豚バラも入れています。美味しいですが、やっぱり信州屋のせりそばの方が圧倒的に美味しいですね💦 結構お金も手間暇も掛かるので自分で作らなくてもいいかなあ。
I cooked 'Seri Soba', hot Japanese soba noodles with Japanese pasley topping at home seriously. I prepared the soup by Yamaki brand two types of TOKU-ICHIBAN, shaved mixed broth and shaved bonito. I seasoned the soup by a little more amount of kaeshi because I thought strong soup would be suitable with seri soba noodles. This time, I prepared sliced pork belly for adding rich taste into the soup.
It was so good but seri soba requires a little more time to prepare and cost to pay. And the taste was worse than seri soba noodles at Shinshuya in Shibuya. I will never cook this, probably.

This is SAWANOI JUNMAI NAMAZAKE that is brewed by Sawanoi brewery in Oume city, Tokyo. It was just bottled in January, therefore it can be expected fresh taste.
