カルディで売っていた半生信州そばです。国内産そば粉使用ですが、そば粉の使用割合は低めです。
This is semi-dried soba noodle product produced by Watanabe noodle factory in Nagano prefecture, selling at KALDI. I didn't expect too much the quality because it is produced by less 50% of buckwheat flour. However, it is produced by domestic buckwheat.
お、美味しい。予想以上に美味しいです。これ、年越しそば用に買っておこうっと。
I cooked normal cold soba noodles. It was better than I expected. It was so good, therefore I bought 4 portions of this for year-end soba noodles and I will cook for my family.
