I would like to introduce SAPPORO ICHIBAN SIO TONKOTSU RAMEN that is the new brand of SAPPORO ICHIBAN series. I am sure that expectation of this would be high because of Sapporo Ichiban series is one of the kinds of legend of instant ramen noodle product.
作り方はもちろんいつもと同じ。
The cooking process is completely the same with other SAPPORO ICHIBAN series. I put sliced pork, Chinese cabbage and green onion.

普通のサッポロ一番塩らーめんってほんのりカレーっぽい風味がありますよね。あれの無い塩ラーメンって感じです(笑)
I felt the fried type noodles was completely the same with other SAPPORO ICHIBAN. I didn't feel any tonkotsu flavor from the soup. As you may think, soup of SAPPORO ICHIBAN SIO RAMEN has slight curry flavor but this didn't
