昨日は札幌出張の振り替え休日でした。
平日に休み、ってことは路麺でしょ！
振替休日の日は路麺の日
森下駅に来ました。柳橋さん、お邪魔します。
My company gives us a compensation day-off when we work in weekend. Yesterday was my day-off instead of a business trip to Sapporo few weeks ago. I decided to do Romen activity because there still are several Romen that open in weekdays.
I got off at TOEI SUBWAY Morishita Station. I went into Yanagibashi-san's area.
鳩と一緒にろかタワー散歩♪です。
Let me start Roca Tower Sampo with a pigeon.
こがね製麺所、もし路麺が閉まってたら戻って来よう。
This is KOGANE UDON, a Sanuki udon noodle restaurant from Marugame city, Kagawa. I decided to go back here if the Romen I was going to was closed.

芭蕉そばです。柳橋さんも来られています。
This is Basho Soba where Yanagibashi-san also visited at. It looks different from others, it was open air style restaurant with a bench outside. I thought I shouldn't visit there in the summer.
結構こだわりの路麺のようですよ。
A older man and two older women operated. A man seems to be responsible of cooking soba noodles. After my order, he began to boil raw soba noodles. I felt he is particular about soba noodles.
相撲ファンのようです。僕は大徹が好きでした。
There were a lot of stuffs regarding Sumo wrestling. It looks they are a big fans of Sumo wrestling.
春菊天そば
この春菊は文殊タイプです。苦味と香りがイイ！
I ordered shungiku-ten(tempura of edible crown daisy) soba noodles. It was 700 yen. Shungiku-ten was like Monju style. The shungiku-ten was so good with particular flavor and bitterness.
蕎麦の食感もお汁も個性的です。これは良い路麺ですね。
The soba noodles had a firm texture never experienced. And the soup tasted natural from fish broth, I didn't know the actual fish broth. It was so good and very unique totally.
お店の方が途中でコレを入れてっておススメしてくれた柚子胡椒（赤）。冷やしは柚子胡椒（緑）なんだそうです。
ごちそうさまでした。
They recommended me to put Yuzu Kosho (mixed spice of Japanese yuzu citrus and red pepper) after eating some amount. Yuzu Kosho made the soup more delicious. It was amazing. She said that Yuzu Kosho of yuzu and green pepoer is suitable with cold soba noodles.

I walked through Sumida River Terrace. I have walked through this several times including when the Secret meeting.
人形町まで歩きました。
こんな休日を過ごしていていいんだろうか。。。
I walked to Ningyo Cho (Doll Town). There were many shops of Ningyo-Yaki, a kind of cake filling sweet red beans.
I need to have another hobby other than Romen activity.
